| Abstract: | Education is a process of human empowerment for the achievement of better and higher quality of life. It has to contribute to development, enhance the mutual understanding between the people and communities and between the people and prepare the citizens to understand and face the realities of life. Training and restricting of teacher preparation programmers is highly essential for teacher professionalization and empowerment. It is a corroborated fact that the progress of any nation squarely rests on the teacher, so that teacher educators has to act as a facilitator and mentor for active learning. In order to keep pace with growing needs of the society and organizationally focused active learning things required effective teacher education programmers. For maintaining quality and achieving excellence in teacher reflective teaching is highly essential. |
