In school education field also, the efficiency depends on management & administration of School functioning in smooth manner. Management of Human Resources, community resources, physical infrastructure resources for providing learning facilities for learners at school, so as to cater to various needs of the society and nation is major tremendous task to be handled effectively by school heads. This task demands school heads to possess certain administrative and managerial skills that are very essential for smooth functioning of school.
