Training of Resource Persons in Content Enrichment Package in Physics & Electronics at Senior Secondary Level

Abstract

Explosion of knowledge is taking place very rapidly in this world in all branches of sciences, in this situation the task of the teacher is more onerous than before in the sense that he has to make his pupils acquainted with the latest development in the discipline and also to think about the new strategies to communicate this knowledge. With this idea in mind it is proposed to conduct a training programme for key resource persons of the states of U.P., H.P.and Rajasthan on the basis of the need assessment done at the state coordinators of these respective states. These key persons in turn will train the teachers who are teaching physics at senior secondary stage.
