Capacity Building for KRPs of SC Dominated Areas of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand States in Teaching of Science with Special Reference to Projects in Science

Abstract

PAC approved programme entitled “Capacity Building of KRPs of SC Dominated Areas of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand States in Teaching of Science with Special Reference to Projects in Science” was organized at Regional Institute of Education, NCERT, Ajmer from Nov. 16, 2015 to Nov. 20, 2015. In this programme, 11 participants were turned up from Jammu & Kashmir State. During the five day programme deliberations were made with the participants regarding integration of the projects activities in classrooms to make teaching of science more exciting, enjoyable and educational, leading to qualitative improvement in teaching. learning the processes of science at secondary stage.
